| Working experience and occupation | Mr Tee Kim Xiong ("Kim Xiong") is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of EWI Capital Berhad (formerly known as Eco World International Berhad) (the "Company").
Kim Xiong has extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, having spent the majority of his career with CIMB Bank for nearly 15 years. Prior to joining the Company, he briefly served as the Chief Executive Officer of a private real estate asset management company.
During his tenure with CIMB Bank Berhad, he was actively involved in and played key roles in numerous initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and fundraising exercises across various sections in Malaysia, including property development, real estate investment trusts (REITs), construction and infrastructure. His experience spans a broad range of wholesale banking solutions, including advisory, capital markets, treasury and transaction banking. |
