The Board of Directors of DNeX wishes to announce that the Board Procurement and Tender Committee ("BPTC") and Long-Term Incentive Plan Committee ("LTIPC") of the Company has been dissolved with effect from 25 June 2026.

Following the dissolution of the LTIPC, the responsibility for the oversight of the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan function has been placed on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ("NRC") of the Company. The integration of the LTIPC into the NRC is intended to unify the Group's oversight of remuneration and long-term incentives, thereby ensuring a seamless and integrated approach to governance.
