The Board of Directors ("Board") of Croesus IT Holdings Berhad ("Croesus IT Holdings" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Croesus IT Solutions Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 23 June 2026 accepted three (3) purchase orders from Sena Healthcare Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Sena Healthcare Services") amounting to approximately RM0.67 million for software solutions and implementation services, maintenance, and management services ("Purchase Orders").

The implementation of the software solutions are for three (3) separate entities of Sena Healthcare Services, namely Sena Specialist Hospital Bentong, Sena Healthcare Headquarters and Sena Specialist Hospital Segamat and are expected to be completed in mid-July 2026, end-July 2026 and end-September 2026 respectively, while the provision of maintenance and management services are expected to begin in July 2026 and is renewable on an annual basis.

The Board is of the view that the Purchase Orders are in the best interest of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") and is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the Group for the financial years ending 31 December 2026 onwards.

The Board does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks and execution risks associated with the Purchase Orders. Nevertheless, the Company will continue to exercise due care and take appropriate measures to mitigate the risks associated with the execution of the Purchase Orders.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders and persons connected with the Directors and/or major shareholder has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Purchase Orders.
