PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 10% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF MAGMA (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the announcement made on 5 December 2025, 8 December 2025, 18 December 2025, 7 January 2026, 20 February 2026, 26 February 2026, 27 February 2026, 17 April 2026, 24 April 2026, 27 April 2026, 19 June 2026 and 25 June 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definition set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that the Board had on 25 June 2026 resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.266 per Placement Share.

 

The issue price of RM0.266 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.029 or 9.83% to the 5-day VWAMP of Magma Shares up to and including 24 June 2026, being the latest traded day of Magma Shares immediately before the price-fixing date, of RM0.295 per Magma Share.
