GRANT OF SHARES UNDER THE LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP")
Reference is made to the LTIP which was implemented by Sime Darby Property Berhad ("SDP" or the "Company") on 12 June 2026.
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(51) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the following information in relation to the grant of shares under the LTIP, comprising the Performance Share Grant ("PS") and Restricted Share Grant ("RS") to the eligible employees of SDP and its subsidiaries (which are not dormant), including the Executive Director of SDP Group.

The number of shares awarded to the Eligible Person(s) are based on the assumption that SDP and the Eligible Person(s) have achieved the performance targets. The number of SDP Shares to be vested to the Eligible Person(s) will be conditional upon fulfilling the vesting conditions set by SDP.
