Not re-elected during the 31st Annual General Meeting

Mr. Wong Foo Sim is currently the Managing Consultant of TRE Outsource Solutions Sdn. Bhd. 

He began his professional career with a medium size audit firm. During his tenure as an audit associate to audit supervisor, he was exposed to various audit assignments and financial due diligence. 

Thereafter, he joined a construction and development company as Group Accountant where he was responsible for establishing and implementing the company's accounting and operating policies and procedures. He also involved in the implementation and standardization of work site procedures for the Company's ISO certification. 

He resigned from his post and joined TRE Group of Companies as Managing Consultant. Tre Group of Companies provides a broad spectrum of financial solutions and services ranging from accounting services to business consulting solutions. Over the years, he has been managing, supervising and overseeing the outsourcing and business consultancy activities in the Companies. He worked with various business owners ranging from small-medium business to multi-national companies in the area of accounting, payroll and business advisory services. 

He also acted as the Company Secretary for the small-medium business owners. He is responsible to ensure the corporate compliance with corporate governance principles, laws, codes, rules and regulations for all of the respective companies. 

Towards the years, he has successfully help small business owner to maintain, monitor and manage their financial records well, enabling them to focus on building sustaining and growth on their business successfully.
