The Board of Directors of ASM wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Arrow Systems Sdn. Bhd., has on 26 June 2026 entered into a sale and purchase agreement with So Ha @ Sin So Ha, Sin Fook Onn and Sin Soo Choi Onn for the proposed acquisition of all that piece of leasehold land held under a 99-year lease expiring on 17 July 2090, together with a single-storey detached factory erected thereon, bearing the postal address of No. 4, Persiaran Perindustrian Pengkalan 17, Kawasan Perindustrian Pengkalan, 31500 Lahat, Perak Darul Ridzuan for a cash consideration of RM2.0 million.
