On behalf of the Board of Directors of Oasis ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 June 2026 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement ("SPA") with Jonathan Chan Ye Earn ("Jonathan" or the "Purchaser") for the proposed disposal of 1 ordinary share in Oasis Harvest Distribution Sdn Bhd ("OHDSB") ("OHDSB Share(s)" or "Sale Share(s)"), representing the entire equity interest of OHDSB to Jonathan for a disposal consideration of RM2,450,000 ("Disposal Consideration") to be satisfied entirely via cash ("Proposed Disposal").

Further details of the Proposed Disposal are set out in the attachment enclosed.
