The Closing Price of RM0.2744 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of SUPERMX shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than SUPERMX-C5H's Exercise Price of RM0.43, holders of SUPERMX-C5H will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SUPERMX-C5H will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of SUPERMX-C5H shall terminate absolutely.
