Puan Faridatulzakiah Binti Mohd Bakhry holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

She began her legal career in private practice in 2003 before joining Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) Berhad in 2006 as Legal Officer, where she gained experience in legal, human resources and industrial relations matters. In 2008, she joined Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SYABAS) as Assistant Manager, Legal Department, and subsequently held progressively senior positions in Industrial Relations. She joined Puncak Niaga Group in 2012 to lead the Group's Human Resources and Administration function.

Throughout her career with the Group, Puan Faridatulzakiah has held various senior leadership positions and has been instrumental in strengthening the Group's corporate governance, legal, human capital and organisational capabilities. She is currently the Executive Director, Special Functions Division, overseeing strategic initiatives, legal affairs and special projects across the Group. She is also a member of the Group Executive Committee (EXCO) and serves on the boards of several subsidiaries within the Puncak Niaga Group.

With over 20 years of professional experience spanning legal, corporate governance, human capital management and executive leadership, she brings extensive knowledge of the Group's operations and business to her appointment as Group Chief Executive Officer with effect from 1 July 2026.
