Puan Nur Natasha Binti Tan Sri Rozali holds a Degree in Business and Management from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom.

She began her career with GOM Resources Sdn. Bhd. in 2013, where she gained experience in corporate secretarial support, compliance-related matters and administrative coordination for senior management. She subsequently assumed the role of Managing Director of Ma'ahad Tahfiz Ismail Kindergarten in 2018, where she established and developed the institution from its inception.

During her tenure as Managing Director, she was responsible for the overall management and administration of the organisation, including corporate governance, human resource management, staff coordination, public relations, information technology coordination, security oversight and stakeholder engagement. She also led the implementation of organisational systems and administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency and organisational development.

Her experience in organisational leadership, corporate administration and people management, together with her practical exposure to governance and operational management, provides a strong foundation in supporting the Group's strategic and organisational objectives.
