Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 24 June 2026 in relation to the delay in the issuance of the Annual Report for the financial period ended 28 February 2026.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has, on 30 June 2026, released its Annual Report to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad within the prescribed timeframe under Paragraph 9.23 of the Main Market Listing Requirements.

Accordingly, the matter disclosed in the previous announcement is considered resolved.
