With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of NATGATE, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

NATGATE-C15 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 31 October 2025 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The NATGATE-C15 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 12 November 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 26 May 2026, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 18 June 2026 and the Term Sheet for the NATGATE-C15 dated 01 July 2026.
