For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the circular to shareholders dated 30 January 2026 in relation to the Proposals, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.

 

Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 20 February 2025, 11 April 2025, 20 June 2025, 23 June 2025, 14 October 2025, 19 January 2026, 30 January 2026, 3 March 2026, 18 March 2026, 22 April 2026 and 18 June 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Company had on 1 July 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time for the Company to complete the implementation of the Proposed Unilink Acquisition and Proposed Private Placement.
