Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcement dated 26 November 2025, 28 November 2025, 30 January 2026 and 9 February 2026.

The Company wishes to announce an update on the hearing and delivery of the Court's decision on 30 June 2026 in relation to the winding-up petition filed against WBSB.

At the hearing, no winding-up order was made against WBSB as the parties, namely ST Tunnel and WBSB, recorded a Consent Order based on the mutually agreed settlement and payment terms.

Pursuant to the Consent Order:

WBSB has agreed to settle the outstanding amount in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

The matter has been fixed for further case management/hearing on 16 November 2026, being one day after the final payment due date of 15 November 2026 under the settlement terms.

In the event WBSB fails to comply with any of the payment obligations or other terms of the Consent Order, WBSB shall be liable to be wound up immediately upon the occurrence of such default, subject to the terms of the Consent Order and any applicable court process.

The Company will ensure that WBSB complies with the terms of the Consent Order and will make the necessary announcements should there be any material developments in relation to this matter.
