Reference is made to the announcements dated 3 October 2023, 21 December 2023, 1 April 2024, 4 April 2024, 25 April 2024, 5 August 2024 and 19 March 2025.

 

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the aforementioned announcements.

 

The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Cuscapi Berhad ("Cuscapi") wishes to inform that, parties had attended the Trial for Suit 542 before the Learned High Court Judge, Tuan Roslan bin Mat Nor on 30 June 2026 and 1 July 2026. The High Court had fixed the continued trial date for Suit 542 on 7 August 2026, 21 September 2026 and 22 September 2026 at 9.00 am.
