1. Introduction
Mesiniaga Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that it has accepted an Award ("Award") from Pharmaniaga Logistics Sdn. Bhd. ("Customer") on 2 July 2026 for the New Centralised Server Infrastructure for Pharmacy Information System (PhIS) Version 3.0.
2. The Award value
The value of the Award is RM39,989,675.64 (Ringgit Malaysia: Thirty Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five and Sixty Four Sen Only) inclusive of the Sales and Service Tax (SST).
3. Duration of the Award
The Award is set to be completed by 30 June 2030. There is no automatic renewal clause in the Award.
4. Risks in relation to the Award
The risks relate mainly to meeting the service level commitments and deadlines imposed by the Customer. The Company has taken the necessary steps to mitigate the risks.
5. Directors' and substantial shareholders' interests
None of the directors, substantial shareholders or any person connected to the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, either directly or indirectly, in the said Award.
6. Statement of directors
The Board of Directors of the Company is of the opinion that the said Award is in the ordinary course of business and in the best interest of the Company.
7. Financial effects
The Award will not affect the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings of the Company. It is expected to contribute positively to the Group's earnings and net assets for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 onwards until the completion of the Award.
