Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), we wish to announce that I-City Marketing Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has not provided any loans or advances during the Second Quarter Ended 30 June 2026 in the ordinary course of its business as a licensed moneylender.

The details of the provision of financial assistance as at 30 June 2026 pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Listing Requirements are set out in the attachment.
