Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 7 July 2026, informed that after due consideration of all facts and circumstances, Bursa Securities has decided to approve the application for the upliftment of Waja from being classified as a GN3 Company pursuant to Rule 8.04 and GN3 of the Listing Requirements.

The upliftment of Waja from being classified as a GN3 Company will be effective from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 8 July 2026.
