We refer to the Company's announcements dated 9 and 11 March 2026 ("Announcements") in relation to the acquisition of a 75% equity stake in A Tech Insure Sdn Bhd ("Acquisition").

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

The Company and the Vendors have, on 8 July 2026, mutually agreed to accept the proposal dated 25 June 2026 to vary the payment terms of the balance purchase price, which comprises a second payment of RM2,994,000 and remaining payments totalling RM5,988,000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Final Payment"), and to extend the cut-off date for fulfilling the Conditions Precedent to 31 July 2026.
