Quarterly Disclosure pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa 
Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities")

Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of MUIB wishes to announce that the total outstanding loans granted by MUI Capital Sdn Bhd ("MUICAP"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MUIB as at 30 June 2026 is RM1,300,000.00. 

 

MUICAP holds a moneylending license under Moneylenders Act 1951. The loans were made in its ordinary course of business.

 

Attached herewith is the required information of MUICAP pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the MMLR of Bursa Securities for the fourth quarter ended 30 June 2026.

 

The announcement is dated 8 July 2026.
