Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 8 August 2025, 12 August 2025, 23 December 2025 and 9 April 2026. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

 

The Board of Directors of MB wishes to announce that there is no material development pertaining to the MOU entered into between MIECO and K-ONE. The Company shall make further announcements as and when there are further material developments in relation to the MOU.
