Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Zetrix AI wishes to announce the information on loans extended by its wholly owned sub-subsidiary, MY EG Finance Technologies Sdn. Bhd., a licensed moneylending company pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, details of which are set out in the attachment.

The provision of financial assistance as set out in the attachment does not have any material effect on the net asset value per share and earnings per share of Zetrix AI and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
