Reference is made to the announcement by Duopharma Biotech Berhad (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Duopharma Biotech") on 9 June 2026 and all the announcements before that in relation to the above matter (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Previous Announcements"). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Previous Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

The High Court has informed that the Case Management originally scheduled on 24 July 2026 has been rescheduled to 28 July 2026.

The Company will announce further developments on the above matter as and when necessary.
