DIGISTAR CORPORATION BERHAD ("DIGISTAR" OR THE "COMPANY")

PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 30% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF DIGISTAR ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 27 February 2026 in relation to the Private Placement ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the issue price for the Private Placement at RM0.0315 per Placement Share.

 

The issue price of RM0.0315 represents a discount of RM0.0035 or 10.00% to the 5-day VWAP of Digistar Shares up to and including 13 July 2026, being the market day immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.0350 per Digistar Share.
