Reference is made to the announcement by AGB dated 15 July 2026 ("Announcement") in respect of the aforesaid matter. Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those mentioned in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of AGB wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the Recurrent Related Party Transactions ("RRPTs"):

1.  INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS, MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND/OR PERSONS CONNECTED WITH THEM

Save for Mr Ng Keng Hoe (Huang Qinghe) and/or persons connected to him, none of the other directors or major shareholders have any direct or indirect interest in the RRPTs. Mr Ng Keng Hoe (Huang Qinghe) has abstained from all deliberations and voting in respect of the RRPTs at the relevant Board of Directors' meeting.

2.  APPROVAL REQUIRED

The RRPTs are not subject to the approval of shareholders of AGB or any relevant government authorities.
