The Board of Directors of TASCO Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the proposed renewal of shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed RRPT Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

A Circular to Shareholders which sets out the detail of the Proposed RRPT Mandate will be despatched to shareholders in due course.
