Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 August 2025, 29 August 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 February 2026, 1 April 2026, 2 April 2026, 12 May 2026, 26 May 2026, 1 July 2026 and the Circular dated 17 October 2025.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the SC had, vide its letter dated 21 July 2026, approved the resultant equity structure of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Transfer, subject to RedPlanet allocating shares equivalent to 12.50% of its enlarged number of issued shares upon listing to Bumiputera investors to be approved by MITI. In addition, RedPlanet is to make available at least 50.00% of the shares offered to the Malaysian public investors via balloting to Bumiputera public investors.
