Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 April 2026 and 3 July 2026 in relation to the Proposed Diversification.

The Board wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 21 July 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time until 7 September 2026 to issue the circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Diversification.
