The Board of Directors of Hiap Huat wishes to announce that the Company has approved an extension of the Company's ESOS, which is set to expire on 28 July 2026, for a further duration of five (5) years from 29 July 2026 to 28 July 2031 in accordance with the terms of the ESOS By-Laws.

The extension is not subject to any approval from the Company's shareholders, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and/or any other relevant authorities. The appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
