Remarks :

On 27 February 2026, the Board of Directors of KSL Holdings Berhad ("KSL") ("Board") declared the final dividend of 10.0 sen per ordinary share in KSL ("KSL Share") ("Final Dividend") for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Subsequently, on 13 July 2026, the Board had resolved that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP"), which provides the shareholders of KSL with the option to elect to reinvest their dividend in new KSL Shares, would apply to the Final Dividend.

On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd had, on 24 July 2026, announced that the issue price of the new KSL Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP had been fixed at RM2.52 per KSL Share.
