PROPOSED DIVERSIFICATION OF THE EXISTING PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES OF RSSB AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES TO INCLUDE THE MANAGEMENT OF CENTRALISED LABOUR QUARTERS 

("PROPOSED DIVERSIFICATION")

We refer to the announcement dated 19 March 2026 in relation to the Proposed Diversification ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that upon further deliberation and assessment, the Board has opined that the Proposed Diversification will be undertaken at a later date, in line with the signing and finalisation of a definitive agreement in relation to the CLQ Management Business.

 

The Board wishes to clarify that the Company's intention to diversify its existing principal activities into the CLQ Management Business remains unchanged. The Company will continue to evaluate the Proposed Diversification and will, where appropriate, undertake the necessary steps to pursue such diversification at a later date.
