The Board of Directors ("Board") of BIMOffice Group Berhad ("BIMOffice" or the "Company") wishes to announce that BIM Office Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 29 July 2026 accepted the Letter of Appointment ("LOA") dated 27 July 2026 pertaining the Building Information Modelling ("BIM") Consultancy Services to the Head Consultant in relation to the Northern Perak Water Supply Scheme - Detailed Design Consultancy package (DDC1) ("Project") with a contract value of RM1.90 million.

The scope of services under the LOA comprises the provision of BIM consultancy services for the Project, which covers the design, support for construction and project close-out stages of the Project. The appointment shall commence immediately upon acceptance of the LOA and is expected to complete within 66 months in accordance with the Project requirements and terms of the LOA.

The Board is of the view that the LOA is in the best interest of the Company and its subsidiary (collectively referred to as the "Group") and is expected to commence contributing to the earnings and net assets per share of the Group for the financial year ending 30 September 2027.

Taking into account this LOA, the Group's outstanding order book stands at approximately RM7.2 million.

The Board does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational and execution risks associated with the LOA. Nevertheless, the Company will continue to exercise due care and take appropriate measures to mitigate the risks associated with the execution of the LOA.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the LOA. Based on information available to the Company, the LOA does not constitute a related party transaction.
