Further to the Company's announcements dated 2 December 2019 and 11 September 2020, the Board of Directors of Scicom (MSC) Berhad ("Scicom" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the legal proceedings commenced by Informatics International Limited ("Plaintiff") against the Company, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Scicom Lanka (Pvt) Ltd ("SLPL"), and six employees of SLPL (collectively referred to as the "Defendants").

The Company has received the certified Court proceedings dated 30 July 2026 confirming that, at the hearing before the Commercial High Court of Colombo, Sri Lanka on 28 July 2026, the Plaintiff withdrew its action in its entirety against the Defendants. The Court accordingly dismissed the action without costs to either party, bringing the matter to a full and final conclusion, with no further recourse for the Plaintiff to recommence or refile the action.
