The Board of Directors of CBHB ("the Board") wishes to announce that CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd ("CBH Engineering"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 6 August 2026 accepted a Letter of Award dated 27 July 2026 ("Contract") from Company A, where Company A has appointed CBH Engineering to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (Design & Build) services works for the upgrading of the 275kV Substation located in Selangor Darul Ehsan ("Works").
