Further to the announcement made on 15 July 2025, the Board of Directors of Subur Tiasa Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that its 100% owned subsidiary, R H Timber Processing Industries Sdn Bhd ("RTP"), had held its final meeting on 7 August 2026 to conclude its member's voluntary winding-up.

The Return by Liquidator Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 7 August 2026 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver, and on expiration of three (3) months after the said lodgement date, RTP will be fully dissolved.
