The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Disposal.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 16 February 2026, 30 April 2026 and 22 May 2026 in relation to the Disposal.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Disposal Consideration has been fully satisfied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA, and vacant possession of the Subject Properties has been duly delivered to the Purchaser. Accordingly, the Disposal was completed on 7 August 2026.
