The Board of Directors of CRB wishes to announce that Cypark Smart Technology Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, has been listed by the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia ("SEDA") as a successful applicant for Feed-in Approval for the year 2026 under the FiT system for an increase in capacity in respect of the Solid Waste Modular Advanced Recovery and Treatment Waste-to-Energy (SMART WTE) Plant at Ladang Tanah Merah, Port Dickson based on the results published by SEDA on 11 August 2026.

The successful application is for a total installed capacity of 44.73 MW and net export capacity of 29.99 MW under biomass category. The successful FiT application represents a key milestone towards the implementation of Phase 2 WTE Plant.
