Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcements dated 11 August 2020 and 15 August 2023 ("Announcements").

Further to our Announcements, the Board of Directors of MUIP wishes to announce that on 12 August 2026, West Synergy Sdn Bhd and Malayan United Industries Berhad, have mutually agreed to extend the repayment period of the Facility for a further period of 36-months until 11 August 2029 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement.

Save for the extension of the repayment period as stated above, all other material terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement remain unchanged.
