We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the DRBHCOM Shares.

DRBHCOMC4I is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 20 November 2025 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. DRBHCOMC4I is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2025, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 25 February 2026 and the Term Sheet dated 13 August 2026.

DRBHCOMC4I is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of DRBHCOMC4I is set out in the attachment.
