Dato' Seri Norliza Binti Abdul Rahim has 30 years of experience in public administration, property development, corporate management and strategic leadership.

She began her career with the Penang State Government, serving as Assistant Director of the Housing Department, Penang State Secretariat from 1991 to 1996, where she was responsible for planning, housing development initiatives and financial rehabilitation programmes under state government agencies.

In 1996, she has served as General Manager of Prime View Sdn. Bhd., where she is responsible for overseeing property development and management projects, including planned and regulated mixed developments exceeding 15,000 units, as well as financial and property management for stratified housing projects.

From 2011 to 2017, she served as a Senator in the Dewan Negara, Parliament of Malaysia, representing Malaysia at various international parliamentary forums and conferences.

Throughout her career, she has held several significant corporate leadership positions, including Chairman of Mutiara.com Sdn. Bhd., various Board and Committee leadership roles at KUB Malaysia Berhad, culminating in her appointment as Chairman from 2023-2025; and Chairman of UDA Holdings Berhad from 2021-2022.

Currently, she serves as the Chairman of Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN), a position she has held since May 2023.
