ESTABLISHMENT OF A LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN COMPRISING AN EMPLOYEES' SHARE OPTION SCHEME AND A SHARE GRANT SCHEME, OF UP TO 10.0% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ISSUED SHARES OF CHEMLITE (EXCLUDING TREASURY SHARES, IF ANY) ("LTIP")

We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders of Chemlite dated 30 April 2026 in relation to the LTIP ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH is pleased to announce that pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements, the effective date for the implementation of the LTIP has been fixed on 17 August 2026, being the date of full compliance of the LTIP.
