The Board of Directors ("the Board") of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Group") wishes to announce that the Group delivered another quarter of strong results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 (2Q 2026), registering a 23.5% increase in revenue to RM32.099 million (2Q 2025: RM25.983 million). The performance reflects sustained business momentum, supported by increased contributions from the Hardware segment.

Hardware revenue increased significantly by 188.5% to RM11.907 million (2Q 2025: RM4.127 million), driven mainly by the rollout of cash recycling machines ("CRMs") and increased demand for operating system upgrade projects. The Solutions and Services segment, which generates recurring income from maintenance services, kiosk operations, cheque processing, SmartCIT services and software solutions, contributed RM20.192 million (2Q 2025: RM21.856 million) and remained the Group's largest revenue contributor.

The Board declared a third interim dividend of 0.45 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.
