Reference is made to the announcements dated 31 October 2025, 19 December 2025, 17 March 2026, 19 May 2026, 22 June 2026, and 30 June 2026 in relation to the Company's Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC(SOA)-26-10/2025 filed under Sections 366 and 368 of the Companies Act 2016 (the "Originating Summons"). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements.

On 30 June 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company announced that the Company's proposed scheme of arrangement ("Scheme") was approved by 87.62% in value of its Scheme Creditors present and voting at the court convened meeting pursuant to Section 366(1) of the Companies Act 2016, held on 30 June 2026. The Company also announced that it had instructed its solicitors, Messrs Rahmat Lim & Partners, to proceed with the filing of the application for sanction of the Scheme.

The Company's application for sanction of the Scheme was filed on 15 July 2026. The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur has today granted an order approving the Scheme in accordance with Sections 366(3) and (4) of the Companies Act 2016 (the "Court Order").

Pursuant to Section 366(5) of the Companies Act 2016, the Court Order will take effect, and the Scheme will become binding on the Company upon the lodgement of the Court Order with the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

The Company has instructed its Company Secretary to proceed with the lodgement of the Court Order with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. The Company will make an announcement upon the lodgement of the Court Order.
