On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that, in accordance with paragraph 3.06 of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions, the Board (save for Tsai Ming Ti, Tsai Yi Ting, Tsai Hung-Chuan, Tsai Pei Chen and Tsai, Chia-Yen, who are the interested directors (collectively, "Interested Directors")) has appointed Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd to act as the Independent Adviser to provide comments, opinions, information and recommendation to the Board (save for the Interested Directors) and the Entitled Shareholders of Tong Herr in respect of the Proposed SCR.
