The Board of Directors of SHH wishes to announce that the existing Risk Management Committee of SHH has been renamed to Board Risk Management Committee ("BRMC") with effect from 20 August 2026.

The composition of the BRMC remains unchanged as follows:

1) Datuk Dr. Muhammad Radzi Bin Abu Hassan - Chairperson

2) Dato' Lau Beng Long - Member

3) Tengku Nurul Azian Binti Tengku Shahriman - Member

4) Wai Sow Fun - Member

Maybank Investment Bank Berhad ("MIBB") and AmInvestment Bank Berhad ("AMIB") were the Joint Principal Advisers to Sunway Healthcare Holdings Berhad for its admission on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 March 2026.
