The Board of Directors of PRG ("Board") wishes to inform that Datin Arlina Binti Ariff has ceased to be the member of the Sustainability Committee of the Board upon her resignation as Director of the Company on 20 August 2026. 

The composition of the Sustainability Committee after the change is as follows:-

1. Lim Chee Hoong (Chairman, Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)

The Company will fill the vacancy within 3 months from the date of change.
