Reference is made to the previous announcements 14 August 2026 and 17 August 2026 in relation to the application for a Judicial Management Order ("JMO") in respect of Eko Bina Sdn. Bhd. ("Eko Bina"), a subsidiary of the Company ("JM Application"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in that announcement.

The Board of Directors of Ecobuilt Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the hearing of the JM Application, which was previously fixed on 1 October 2026, has been vacated and re-fixed by the Court to 5 October 2026 at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur.

The Company will make further announcements on any material developments in relation to the JM Application as and when appropriate.
