Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 17 April 2025, 17 July 2025, 14 November 2025, 13 May 2026 and 21 May 2026 in relation to the Joint Venture ("Announcements").

Reference is made to the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that BKGD, FHB and SUSB had on 21 August 2026 mutually agreed, in accordance with the Shareholders Agreement, to extend the repayment period for the Settlement Amount by one month up to 21 September 2026, whereby SUSB shall repay and/or redeem the Settlement Amount to FHB on or before the extended repayment date of 21 September 2026.
