We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcements dated 5 February 2026, 6 February 2026, 21 July 2026 and 11 August 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 21 August 2026, approved the transfer of Farm Price Holdings' entire issued share capital and warrants from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities, under the "Consumer Products & Services" sector.

The Transfer will take effect immediately two (2) clear market days after the announcement to Bursa Securities on the transfer date via Bursa LINK.
